Abonormality...

We call center agents are abnormal...Everyone else is on the Holy Week vacation, and we are here at work, drowning ourselves with customers who need help with their various EarthLink accounts...

It's difficult to commute on a holiday. Today is Good Friday, and the streets of Makati are desserted. Very abnormal. The usual busy business city is silent and gloomy. The only people seen are call center people.

It's also hard to get food. We have to put up with Ministop and 7 11 stores, those are the only ones that are open on holidays. How pathetic. I'm getting a headache thinking of what I can buy in those stores that don't include meat...sigh.

I'm glad it's my rest day later. No work on Sat and Sun night. It's catch-up-on-sleep days once again. Work is soooo...I can't even think of a word to describe it now...

Lenten

I left the house at 6pm today. MRT is not open today, so I have to use the bus to get to work.

I am soooo sleepy. I was awake at 11:30am and then couldn't sleep anymore. Sigh. I was very early at work...hope work won't be too heavy tonight.

Overdue post

I've been trying to get my lazy ass to write this post. I don't know why, but I'm just soooo lazy nowadays to update my blog. It is time to change my template. I'm getting bored of my own blog.

March 2, had dinner with my Sykes friends, the SBC Pakers family. We had dinner at Marina, and dinner was great! I was an hour late, but just in time for the food. I had to drop Raymund off in Boni for his band practice, and he went straight to Marina after his practice.

March 3, watched Raymund's band Dominion perform in 6 Underground. It was the music video launch of The Late Isabel, and Dominion was one of the guest performers. The band's performance was breathtaking. Everyone stood up to dance and cheer. I was sooo proud of my baby! I saw how happy he was that he was finally performing again with the band after 2 years. We left at 2am.

Last weekend, Raymund and I went to my hometown in Batangas City. I was shocked to see my brothers so grown up! Marven, who is 12, has grown taller, almost as tall as I am now. His voice has changed, he sounds like a man! His feet are bigger than mine! LOL. Marx, age 4, is HUGE. Can you imagine that his waist line is 28? I mean, hellow! Sigh.

Wedding plans are here once again, and it seems that this time the wedding is really gonna happen. Raymund and my parents want a church wedding, but I seriously want a very simple and intimate wedding. Wedding to be scheduled on June.

Unplanned rest

I will be on vacation leave on Wed and Thurs. On Wed, I will be having a dinner date with friends from my previous job, my Sykes friends. Kristin and Milles will be hosting dinner for us. Kristin just celebrated her birthday and Milles is resigning from work. On Thurs, Raymund has a gog with his band Dominion in Club 6 Underground. Can't wait for that! Mike Strange, we will meet again!
